Eastern Kentucky University’s Training Resource Center provides staffing, consultation, and administrative support to assist the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) in the operation of the following projects: Data and Facility Coordination,Impact Plus, Kentucky’s System to Enhance Early Development (KY SEED) ,Kentucky's DUI program,Substance Abuse Prevention Services,Substance Abuse Treatment,and Training, Technical Assistance, Suicide Prevention Efforts for Adolescents in Kentucky (SPEAK), and Program Support.
