DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH (DPH)

Eastern Kentucky University's Training Resource Center provides personnel to perform the functions of a Program Administrator for Early Childhood Mental Health(ECMH), Child Care Health Consultation (CCHC, a part of Healthy Start in Child Care), as well as provide oversight of the State Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) grant. The Administrator carries out all activities as they pertain to objectivities and activities of these three programs.
