Facilitation Center

The Facilitation Center at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) provides professional facilitation services to small and large groups around the nation.  The Center is well-respected and highly-sought after for their expertise and collaborative approach.  Facilitation specialties include:

• Personalizing meeting designs to fulfill each client's unique needs;
• Challenging groups to generate creative ideas and then funneling them into action; and
• Developing a Curriculum (DACUM) Occupational Analysis, an internationally recognized process for conducting a job analysis for any profession.
